The Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) Vasculitis & Scleroderma Center is internationally recognized for clinical, translational, and basic research in vasculitis and scleroderma. The center’s mission is to improve the quality of life for all those affected by these diseases through research, clinical care, and education. The center has participated in the major U.S.-based multi centered clinical trials in vasculitis in the past decade. Dr. Robert Spiera is the Director of the HSS Vasculitis & Scleroderma Center.
