5402: A Phase 2 Study of R115777 in Large Granular Lymphocyte (LGL) Leukemia

Status: Not recruiting at this time

Summary:

Please Note: The Rare Diseases Clinical Research Network will make every effort to enroll all the patients we can, but we cannot make any guarantees that we will be able to enroll everyone in a particular study who wants to participate.

The primary objective of this study is to assess the response rates to tipifarnib, R115777 as therapy for patients diagnosed with LGL leukemia. Since LGL leukemia can be divided into two major lineages, T-LGL leukemia and NK-LGL leukemia, and a potential difference in the response rates for the two groups is expected, we will conduct the identical study design in each of the strata defined by the disease lineage using a two-stage design.

Target Enrollment:

Diagnosis of T- LGL leukemia or NK-LGL leukemia associated with at least one pre-defined clinical manifestation.
